Training Requirements for Belt Testing
  • 80% of classes over 3 months (20 classes for twice a week students, 10 classes for once a week)

  • Complete execution of the form with no help from instructors

Belt Testing Schedule
  • Belt tests take place 4 times a year at the following schedule: 

  • FALL: Week of October 15th

  • WINTER: Week of January 15th

  • SPRING: Week of April 15th

  • SUMMER Week of July 15th
     

Yellow Belt (7th Keup)

KICKS:

  • Basic stretch kicks

  • Front Kick

  • Round Kick


PUNCHES:

 

  • Horse-stance Punches

  • Front Stance Low Block

  • Front Stance Middle Punch
