If you have recently done work for Quiet Flame, and need to send us invoice, you can do so with your own invoice template or using ours.

ABOUT TRAVEL EXPENSES

Travel Expense is not taxed and is added into the calculation after.

Receipts MUST be sent as well. Digital copies are fine and there is no need to send hard copies

Travel expenses only apply for work OUTSIDE of Tokyo.
